This is an excellent product. After reading some of the reviews I made sure it was fully charged first. I have two dogs (Lhasa Apsos, and my sister has a Shitzu that is horribly afraid of having his nails done because a groomer had cut them down to the quick and didn't even have the decency to tell my sister. They just put the putty in the nails more than one. The putty came out and got blood all over her car on the way home and poor little Cocoa was having a hard time walking for several days
Our two standard poos missed their mid winter grooming and I was embarrassed to take them to the groomer so matted, so I tackled them myself. With these fine scissors and my dog clippers I did an okay job cleaning them up. I love that these have those rounded ends!
This was so easy and our dog never fought me when I used it. Can reuse if you wash well and they work as stated. Much easier than a brush!

I purchased this for hiking with my dog. Normally she is an offleash dog in the woods but in some busier areas or areas with protected flora/fauna that is not practical or responsible to allow her to just run free. Prior to purchasing this item I used to use a standard (typically extendable) leash and really found it burdensome. I didn't want to hold it for the hour or more that I was walking the dog, because the dog was excited there was at least some level of pulling involved when in the wood
So my family has 4 cats, 2 of them long haired. The boy cat, Shadow, and my dad have been thick as thieves. My dad uses a cart as a walker and Shadow will ride it around with dad, watch TV with him, snuggle with him, etc. He was the son my dad never had. Shadow has always treated me like a booty call. In the day time in front of others Couldn't care less about me. But 3am when he wants snuggles Slides into my room like, "Hey you up" just to get some pets and then leave me again. Typical boy.O
I love this brush. I own a high maintenance Scottish Terrier. I have gone through so many brushes (not cheap brushes) where the metal bristles would go up inside the rubber holding them. This brush the rubber holding the metal bristles is not domed!! I have lots no bristles thus far, still as good as new. Thank you!!!
I LOVE this brush! I recently adopted a Doggo after the death of my beloved girl, and this new girl has long fur!I've never had a dog with long fur & didn't have a clue about what brushes to buy/use. I bought one with the brush tips untipped and it didn't seem right so looking around found this brush to replace my 30 yrs old dog brush (cracking in half so old) and I love this brush, and so does my dog!It's easy to use & clean. It removes small mats. It gives a nice brush for the dog & smoothin
I like this brush very much, it works better than the other plastic bristled brush we had. Our dog has long silky hair that "hitchhikers" slick to like velcro every time we take him for a walk. He is covered with them some days. This brush makes it a much easier and faster job to dehitchhiker our dog. :) Also, his coat is fluffier and so soft when we brush him out now. Allinall, great tool.

The bristle brush is Wonderful for our 10 week old puppy. It is soft to the touch but strong enough to reach the 2nd layer of hair to remove dirt and loose hair.The handle of the brush fits our hands perfectly.
little big for a medium size dog. does good job.tines are gentle on dog and closely spaced.
This brush is amazing. The button on top retracts the bristles making it easy to clean. We have a dog with an under coat and it works great. He loves to be brushed with it.
Before my house was full of cat hair everywhere and when I petted my cats, I could see a big cloud of hair fly away from my hands. Now that I've been brushing them with this every day, those clouds of hair are gone and the house is cleaner now. It really works! For my short hair cats, it really catches most of the hair when I brush them.
First of all, I should mention that I have a bichon, a curlycoated dog with hair, not fur. That means she doesnt shed fur, but it must be regularly brushed out. I have no idea how this works for other types of coats.This is a good basic brush. My bichon has fine hair that is super curly. That means it tangles easily, and can mat especially in certain areas. Worth the price. Does a wonderful job on our long hair cats (maine coons and a ragdoll/snowshoe mix).They actually let us brush them for more than 2 minutes! Goof for getting excess hair and mats.Highly recommend.
I wasnt sure this would help remove knots on my Toy Poodles ears but it works very well. Lightly shaved away any matted hair with ease. Just use it slow and take your time so not to yank your dog around.

It's almost and I do mean just barely too much. The teeth could be just a tiny bit shorter, but it certainly does a wonderful job! Works exactly as advertised. I have a springer spaniel and a terriercorgi mix: one, long fine hair, the other long coarse hair, so they both present a challenge; and this product is certainly up to it! I use these combs on my Shichons, and they are fantastic. I use the wider toothed side at first, to remove debris, tangles, and nip mats before they start. Then I spritz with The Stuff for Dogs, brush, and finish up by combing with the fine toothed side. My dogs both look so sophisticated and their coats are fabulous now. It sounds like a lot of effort, but really I can finish my short haired dog in less than two minutes, and my longhaired diva in about five. She loves the pampering, so I have

I use this on my German Shepherd and corgi, they have different types of fur and this is the best brush I've found for both of them. It is worth spending the extra money instead of buying the cheaper brands, I have tried them all. I find this works best combined with those silicone gloves, removes TONS of hair
I purchased this for lab. She seems to shed endlessly at all times of the year. I noticed that early fall is when she sheds the most. I was tired of finding rat sized hairballs all over my floor. My first brushing was inside.. I decided that wasn't the best idea, so I took her outside and brushed her. #1 the brush worked amazing and she loved the tooth, teeth on the brush because it gave her a good scratching with every brush stroke. I loved it because I could make it a longer or shorter loop.
